Terms of Use

Effective date: June 1, 2025  ·  Last updated: June 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing any of the games on Arcade Trio — including Snow Catch, Stone Path, and Storm Chaser (collectively, the "Games") — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Permitted Use

The Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may play freely in your browser. Copying, redistributing, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the Games' assets or code without written permission is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, code, and creative elements of the Games are original works protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

4. No Warranties

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that scores or progress will persist indefinitely.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Games — including but not limited to lost progress, data loss, or technical interruptions.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the normal operation of the Games, including through automated scripts, bots, or any form of unauthorized access.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any or all of the Games, as well as these Terms, at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage resolving any disputes informally and in good faith before taking any formal action. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
